The Federation's Congress Secretariat has reserved a large block of rooms for Congress 2008 delegates. Accommodation is varied, and includes dorm-style rooms with shared bathrooms, hotel-style suites with separate bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen on UBC campus, and rooms in ten Vancouver hotels reflecting a range of styles and prices. A block of rooms has been reserved exclusively for CEA conference participants at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel from June 5-8. This block will be released on May 5, so please book early. Through the web link you can reserve a room for single or double occupancy, and the guest should indicate the code CHSCHSA on order to get the conference rate of $219 per night.
