| SHIPPING | Direct shipments to: Madame Andrée Lehoux Petit Séminaire de Québec rue De la Vieille Université Québec, QC, G1R 5X8, Canada If you are sending books from outside Canada, we request that you use regular mail or a courier/shipping company. Proper customs channels must be adhered to. Université Laval and Petit Séminaire de Québec will NOT accept collect shipments or those requiring brokerage fees. Please ensure that shipments reach the PSQ in ample time, so between Many 24 and 26, 2010. If you need access to a loading dock, please contact Sonia Moreau at sonia.moreau@ ecn.ulaval.ca |
| REGISTRATION: | Please register by completing the registration form and faxing and/or mailing it to the address on the form. We have space for only 6 exhibitors. Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis. |

| LIABILITY: | The CEA or their officers, employees, or representatives will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays. |
| CANCELLATIONS: | The treasurer of the CEA, Prof. Steve Ambler, must be notified of any cancellations by writing to steve.ambler@gmail.com prior to May 13, 2010. A 50% administration fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued after May 15th. |
