Please return the completed form (see link above)
to the address shown on the form. Pay by cheque as explained on
the form, or if you prefer, please make a payment by credit card
through our CEA online system my.economics.ca. In this case,
the payee needs to create a non-member account, and after setting up the account
use the "Make Payments" menu to pay the exhibitor fee.

If you are sending books from outside Canada, we request that
you use regular mail or a courier/shipping company. Proper customs
channels must be adhered to. The University of Ottawa
will NOT accept
collect shipments or those requiring brokerage fees. Please ensure
that shipments reach the University of Ottawa
by Tuesday May 31, 2011. The university will arrange
for all of the material to be delivered to the display area by 8am
on June 3, 2011. However, if the material arrives after May 31,
2011, there could be an additional delivery charge. |
| REGISTRATION: |
Please register by completing the
registration form and faxing and/or mailing it to the
address on the form. Registration
will be on a first-come first-served basis.

| LIABILITY: |
The CEA or their officers, employees, or representatives will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays. |
| CANCELLATIONS: |
The treasurer of the CEA, Prof. Steve Ambler, must be notified of any cancellations by writing to steve.ambler@gmail.com prior to May 13, 2011. A 50% administration fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued after May 13, 2011. |
