Participants who have registered in advance can pick up their conference package containing the conference program, badge and badge holder, lunch tickets (if requested), and related information. People wishing to participate in the conference who have not registered in advance may pay their registration fee online (late registration fee applies). Late registration fees are shown in the table on our Advance Registration page. The location and times of operation of the registration desks are shown below.

Note that after May 21, it is not possible to buy tickets for the luncheons online. Subject to availability, tickets for the CWEN lunch and the Purvis lunch will be sold at the registration desk. 

The registration desk will be in MacEwan Hall Building in  MH Foyer.
