The CEA conferences are held annually around the last week of May or first week of June. Authors who wish to present their research at the conference are invited to submit papers to the conference organizer. The deadline for submitting papers is usually late February. Registration and payment of a registration fee is required to participate in the conference. Details are available on the web pages for each conference year.

The 44th annual conference in 2010 will be held at the Université Laval in a location in downtown Québec City May 28-30, 2010. Program chair is Victoria Zinde-Walsh, and local organizer is Jean-Yves Duclos.
