The CEA conferences are held annually around the last week of May or first
week of June. Authors who wish to present their research at the conference
are invited to submit papers to the conference organizer. The deadline for
submitting papers is usually late February.
Registration and payment of a registration
fee is required to participate in the conference. Details are available on
the web pages for each conference year.

Tentative locations for our future annual conferences are:
- 51st annual meetings: June 2-4, 2017 at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia
- 52nd annual meetings: 2018 at McGill University, Montreal, Quebec
- 53rd annual meetings: 2019 in Banff, Alberta
