Air Canada is this year's airline of choice for the 40th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Economics Association. Please quote the personalized event code number CV063977 when making reservations made through your own travel agent or by calling 1-800-361-7585 Air Canada Meetings & Conventions Travel Services (North America only). This offer is only available for Air Canada or Air Canada Jazz designated flights. The conference rate offer is not available when making reservations on the Air Canada web site.

Concordia University's Sir George Williams Campus is located in the heart of downtown Montreal, with its main building (the Henry F. Hall Building) on 1455 de Maisonneuve Boulevard West. All of the hotels with space booked for the CEA Meetings are within easy walking distance of the Concorida campus.

For those arriving to Montreal by air, there are two easy ways to get to the downtown core. A taxi from Dorval Airport (now known as the Montréal-Trudeau airport) to downtown will cost $31 (flat rate). A shuttle bus will cost about $13 and will stop at the major hotels; passengers tell the driver where they are getting off and the driver will either drop them at the door, or at a close location. The shuttle bus also stops at the bus terminal at Berri-UQAM; those staying at the McGill residence will need to take a cab or the subway from there.

For those arriving by train, Central Station, the main VIA Rail station, is located underneath the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, about 3 blocks south and 7-8 blocks east of the Concordia campus. For those arriving by bus, the bus terminal is connected to the Berri-UQAM subway station. The Concordia campus is accessible from the Guy-Condordia stop on the métro (subway), the green line.

If you are arriving by car, take the Décarie Expressway (Autoroute 40 Décarie) to Sherbrooke St. West (rue Sherbrooke Ouest), exit 64. Drive east on Sherbrooke St. for 3.5 km and turn right onto Mackay St. (rue Mackay). If you arrriving on autoroute '20', exit at Guy or Mountain, and each of these exists is just a couple of blocks from the campus. Metered parking is available in the downtown core. There is a public parking lot in the J.W. McConnell Building. The entrance is on Mackay. Motorists may find it helpful to consult Mapquest or Google Maps for directions. On Mapquest enter "1455 Boul de Maisonneuve O" as the street address, "Montréal" as the city, "QC" as the state/province and "H3G 1M8" as the Concordia postal code. On Google enter "1455 Boulevard de Maisonneuve O, Montréal, QC".
