EXHIBIT LOCATION: HEC Montreal, Montreal
EXHIBIT HOURS: May 31 and June 1: 8:30-16:30; June 2: 8:30-noon
SET UP: May 31: 08:00-10:00 (complete before morning break)
DISMANTLE: June 2: noon-14:00
RATES: Approximate area 8' x 10' with two 5' x 2' display tables (with table skirts): $650 (including taxes)
Includes 2 receptions May 31 and June 1, and daily breaks.
PAYMENT: Please return the completed form (see link above) to the address shown on the form. Please make your payment by credit card through our CEA online system In this case, the payee needs to create a non-member account, and after setting up the account use the "Make Payments" menu to pay the exhibitor fee.

If you are sending books from outside Canada, we request that you use regular mail or a courier/shipping company. Proper customs channels must be adhered to. The HEC Montreal will NOT accept collect shipments or those requiring brokerage fees. Please ensure that shipments reach the HEC Montreal by Tuesday May 28, 2013. The university will arrange for all of the material to be delivered to the display area by 8am on May 31, 2013.

REGISTRATION: Please register by completing the registration form and faxing and/or mailing it to the address on the form. Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis.
LIABILITY: The CEA or their officers, employees, or representatives will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays.
CANCELLATIONS: The Secretary-Treasurer of the CEA, Prof. Robert Dimand, must be notified of any cancellations by writing to prior to May 10, 2013. A 50% administration fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued after May 10, 2013.
